It is the sense of the Senate that— residents of rural and frontier communities should have access to affordable, quality health care; rural and frontier communities face unique challenges in health care delivery and financing; Federal health policy must reflect the unique needs of residents of rural and frontier communities and such communities in an equitable and sustainable manner; and stakeholders should work collectively to identify innovative policies that address the availability, delivery, and affordability of health care services in rural and frontier communities.
