Section 1317(1) of MAP–21 ( 23 U.S.C. 109 note; Public Law 112–141 ) is amended— in subparagraph

(A)by inserting (as adjusted each fiscal year to reflect changes for the 12-month period ending the preceding November 30 in the National Highway Construction Cost Index) after $5,000,000 ; and in subparagraph

(B)by inserting (as adjusted each fiscal year to reflect changes for the 12-month period ending the preceding November 30 in the National Highway Construction Cost Index) after $30,000,000 .
