Paragraph (1)(A) of section 102 ( 15 U.S.C. 6701 note) is amended in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking concurrence with the Secretary of State and inserting consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on January 1, 2015.
