Section 10503(b)(1) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 ( 42 U.S.C. 254b–2 ) is amended— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking and at the end; and by inserting after subparagraph
(E)the following: $3,800,000,000 for fiscal year 2016; $4,300,000,000 for fiscal year 2017; $4,900,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $5,600,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; and $6,400,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and .
