The authority under section 103 expires on the date on which the Governor of the State suspends the state of drought emergency declaration. The authority under sections 104, 105, and 106 shall expire in a State or area on the earlier of— the date on which the emergency drought declaration for the State or area is withdrawn; or the date on which the Secretary of Agriculture suspends the natural disaster declaration issued under section 321(a) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1961(a)) for drought or an agricultural disaster for the State or area.
