In this title: The term Electric Reliability Organization has the meaning given the term in section 215(a) of the Federal Power Act ( 16 U.S.C. 824o(a) ). The term Independent System Operator has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Federal Power Act ( 16 U.S.C. 796 ). The term natural gas has the meaning given the term in section 2 of the Natural Gas Act ( 15 U.S.C. 717a ). The term oil means petroleum or a petroleum product. The term regional entity has the meaning given the term in section 215(a) of the Federal Power Act ( 16 U.S.C. 824o(a) ). The term Regional Transmission Organization has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Federal Power Act ( 16 U.S.C. 796 ).
