Section 510 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 710 ) is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 2010 through 2014 and inserting 2015 through 2019 ; and in subsection (d)— by striking 2010 through 2014 and inserting 2015 through 2019 ; and by striking the second sentence. The amendments made by this section shall take effect on October 1, 2014.
