Section 1703 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16513) is amended by adding at the end the following: An eligible project that is eligible for or in receipt of other forms of Federal financial assistance shall not be precluded from receiving a loan guarantee made pursuant to this section. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of the Advanced Clean Coal Technology Investment in Our Nation Act of 2014 , the Secretary shall— give final approval to applications for loan guarantees under subsection
(a)for projects described in subsection (b)(2); and make loans for those projects in amounts equal to $2,000,000,000. . Title III of division C of the Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009 ( Public Law 111–8 ; 123 Stat. 619) is amended in the matter under the heading , by striking the seventh, eighth, and ninth provisos. Title 17 innovative technology loan guarantee program The Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2009 ( Public Law 111–32 ) is amended by striking section 408 (123 Stat. 1878).
