Section 58(b) of title 14, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: A center shall— promote, facilitate, and conduct education, training, and research programs; develop and maintain a repository of information on operations, practices, and resources; and perform and support any mission of the Coast Guard that the Commandant may specify. .
