Section 1902(a)(10)(E)(iv) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396a(a)(10)(E)(iv) ) is amended by striking March 2104 and inserting December 2018 . Section 1933 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396u–3 ) is amended by striking subsections
(b)and (e). Section 1933 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396u–3 ) is amended by striking subsections
(c)and (g). Section 1933 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396u–3 ), as amended by subsections
(b)and (c), is further amended— by striking subsection
(a)and inserting the following new subsection: With respect to assistance described in section 1902(a)(10)(E)(iv) furnished in a State, the Federal medical assistance percentage shall be equal to 100 percent. ; by striking subsection (d); and by redesignating subsection
(f)as subsection (b). Section 1905(b) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396d(b) ) is amended by striking section 1933(d) and inserting section 1933(a) . The amendments made by this section shall take effect on April 1, 2014, and shall apply with respect to calendar quarters beginning on or after such date.
