Instead of submitting the annual report described on page 56 of Senate Report 112–74, the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE)shall brief Congress on the number of worksite enforcement investigations opened and closed, the number of employee and employer arrests, and the fines collected by ICE during the quarterly worksite enforcement briefings required by such report.
