Section 809 of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1683g ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting semiannual ; and annual in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking every 180 days and inserting annually ; in subsection (b), by striking every 180 days and inserting annually ; and by striking subsection (c).
