The requirement that the Secretary of Health and Human Services provide reports to Congress in connection with amounts appropriated to the Department of Health and Human Services to provide health care services for rescue, recovery, and cleanup workers and others (commonly referred to as the World Trade Center Medical Monitoring and Treatment Program ) shall be repealed. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the application of any requirements contained in the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010 ( Public Law 111–347 ), or the amendments made by such Act.
