Subsection
(d)of section 3012 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 280j note) is repealed. Section 399H of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 280j ) is amended in subsection (d)(2)(B)— in clause (iii), by striking and at the end; in clause (iv), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: a description of the progress and recommendations of the Working Group established under 3012 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in meeting the goals described in subsection
(b)of such section. .
