Section 342(a)(6)(C) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6313(a)(6)(C) ) is amended— by striking clause (v); and by redesignating the first clause

(vi)(relating to consideration of prices and operating patterns) as clause (v).
