Section 4004(d) of the Defense Economic Adjustment, Diversification, Conversion, and Stabilization Act of 1990 (division D of Public Law 101–510 ; 10 U.S.C. 2391 note) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting ; and ; in paragraph (2), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (3).
