Section 2401(h) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking only if— and all that follows through the Secretary has notified and inserting only if the Secretary has notified ; by striking paragraph (2); by redesignating subparagraphs (A), (B), and
(C)as paragraphs (1), (2), and (3), respectively, and moving such paragraphs, as so redesignated, 2 ems to the left; and in paragraph (3), as redesignated by paragraph
(3)of this section, by striking ; and and inserting a period.
