Section 2536(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking

(1)The Secretary concerned and inserting The Secretary concerned ; by striking paragraph (2); by redesignating subparagraphs

(A)and

(B)as paragraphs

(1)and (2), respectively; and in paragraph (2), as redesignated by subparagraph (A), by redesignating clauses

(i)and

(ii)as subparagraphs

(A)and (B).
