Section 743 of the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2010 (division C of Public Law 111–117; 31 U.S.C. 501 note) is amended— by striking subsection (c); by redesignating subsections (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), and
(i)as subsections (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), and (h), respectively; and in subsection (e), as redesignated by paragraph (2)— by striking subsection
(e)and inserting subsection
(d); and by striking and made publicly available in accordance with subsection
(c).
