Section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, as amended by section 2905, is amended by striking paragraph (37), as redesignated by section 2905. Section 1125(a) of title 31, United States Code, is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking Annually and inserting Biennially .
