The Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act of 1998 ( 31 U.S.C. 501 note) is amended— by striking section 4; by redesignating sections 5 and 6 as sections 4 and 5, respectively; and in section 4, as redesignated— by redesignating paragraphs

(2)as paragraphs
(2)and (3), respectively; and by inserting before paragraph (2), as redesignated, the following: The term executive agency means an agency described in section 901(b) of title 31, United States Code. .
