Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in the quarterly reports required by the matter under the heading under the heading Corps of Engineers–Civil under the heading Department of the Army of title IV of division A of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ( Department of Defense–Civil Public Law 111–5 ; 123 Stat. 134), the Secretary of the Army shall include a description of the allocation, obligation, and expenditures of all funds made available to the Secretary of the Army for the preceding quarter under any other appropriations Act.
