Section 2(5)(E) of the Senate Resolution Advising and Consenting to the Document Agreed Among the States Parties to the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe
(CFE)of November 19, 1990, adopted at Vienna on May 31, 1996 (Treaty Doc. 105–5) (commonly referred to as the CFE Flank Document ), 105th Congress, agreed to May 14, 1997, is repealed.
