Title III of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 ( 22 U.S.C. 8541 et seq. ) is amended— by striking sections 301, 302, 303, and 304; and by redesignating section 305 as section 301. Section 401 of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 ( 22 U.S.C. 8551 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 305 and inserting 301 ; and in paragraph (1), by striking (as defined in section 301) ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by striking the application of the prohibition under section 106(a), or the imposition of the licensing requirement under section 303(c) with respect to a country designated as a Destination of Diversion Concern under section 303(a), and inserting or the application of the prohibition under section 106(a), ; and by amending paragraph
(2)to read as follows: If the President waives the application of a provision pursuant to paragraph (1), the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report describing the reasons for the waiver. . The table of contents for the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 is amended by striking the items relating to sections 301, 302, 303, 304, and 305 and inserting the following: Sec. 301.
