Section 603 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7671b) is amended— in paragraphs
(1)and
(2)of subsection (d), by striking not less often than every 3 years following enactment of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 and inserting not later than November 15, 2014, and every 4 years thereafter ; and in subsection (f), by striking 3 years and inserting 4 years .
