Section 30503(c) of title 51, United States Code, is amended in the matter preceding paragraph

(1)by striking Not later than March 1 of each year, beginning with the first fiscal year after December 30, 2005, and inserting Not later than March 1, 2015, and every 5 years thereafter, . The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall apply with respect to reports submitted under section 30503(c) of title 51, United States Code, after March 1, 2013.
