Section 603 of the Harmful Algal Bloom and Hypoxia Research and Control Act of 1998 (16 U.S.C. 1451 note) is amended— by striking subsections
(c)and (d); and by redesignating subsections
(e)through
(i)as subsections
(c)through (g), respectively. Section 605 of the Harmful Algal Bloom and Hypoxia Research and Control Act of 1998 ( 16 U.S.C. 1451 note) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking 603(f)(2)(B) and inserting 603(d)(2)(B) ; in paragraph (3), by striking and to carry out section 603(d) ; and in paragraph (6), by striking 603(e) and inserting 603(c) .
