Section 436 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17092 ) is amended— by striking subsections

(f)and (g); and by redesignating subsection

(h)as subsection (f). Section 491(a) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17121(a) ) is amended by striking section 436(h) each place it appears and inserting section 436(f) . Section 305(a)(3)(D)(i)(III) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act (42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D)(i)(III)) is amended by striking section 436(h) each place it appears and inserting section 436(f) .
