Section 6002(g) of the Solid Waste Disposal Act (42 U.S.C. 6962(g)) is amended by striking , and to, every two years beginning in 1984, report to the Congress on actions taken by Federal agencies and the progress made in the implementation of this section, including agency compliance with subsection
(d). Section 9002 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8102 ) is amended— by striking subsection (g); and by redesignating subsection
(h)as subsection (g). Section 944(c)(2)(A) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16253(c)(2)(A) ) is amended by striking section 9002(h)(1) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 8102(h)(1)) and inserting section 9002(b)(1) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( . 7 U.S.C. 8102(b)(1) )
