Section 205(d) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–314 ; 15 U.S.C. 2076b(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by inserting or semiannual after annual ; and by adding at the end the following: In carrying out paragraph (2), the Inspector General may include the findings, conclusions, and recommendations referred to in such paragraph in an annual or semiannual report that is required by a provision of law other than this subsection. .
