Section 5103(d) of title 49, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety shall periodically upload, to the website of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, information on whether the Secretary of Transportation has designated as hazardous materials for purposes of this chapter all by-products of the methamphetamine-production process that are known by the Secretary to pose an unreasonable risk to health and safety or property when transported in commerce in a particular amount and form. .
Section 5121(h) of title 49, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: The Office of Hazardous Materials Safety shall periodically upload information relating to the transportation of hazardous materials in the United States to the website of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration. Such information shall including— a statistical compilation of accidents and casualties related to the transportation of hazardous material; a list and summary of applicable Government regulations, criteria, orders, and special permits; a summary of the basis for each special permit; an evaluation of the effectiveness of enforcement activities relating to a function regulated by the Secretary under section 5103(b)(1) and the degree of voluntary compliance with regulations; a summary of outstanding problems in carrying out this chapter in order of priority; and recommendations for appropriate legislation. .
