Section 613 of the Tibet Policy Act of 2002 (subtitle B of title VI of Public Law 107–228 ; 22 U.S.C. 6901 note) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking
(a)and all that follows through Policy .— The President and the Secretary and inserting
(a); and Policy .—The President and the Secretary by redesignating paragraph
(2)as subsection
(b)and moving such subsection, as so redesignated, 2 ems to the left; and by striking
