Section 420(c) of the Plant Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 7721(c) ) is amended by striking paragraph
(3)and inserting the following: The Secretary shall make available on the website of the Department of Agriculture information that describes the action plans described in paragraph (2), including an accounting of funds expended on the action plans. .
