Section 310B(g)(9)(B) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1932(g)(9)(B) ) is amended by striking clause
(iv)and inserting the following: The Secretary shall make available on the website of the Department of Agriculture information that describes projects carried out using loans or loan guarantees made under clause (i), including— the characteristics of the communities served; and resulting benefits. . Section 333B of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1983b ) is amended— by striking subsection (e); and by redesignating subsections
(f)through
(h)as subsections
(e)through (g), respectively. Section 343(a)(13)(D)(iii)(VI) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1991(a)(13)(D)(iii)(VI) ) is amended by striking submit to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate an annual report and inserting make available on the website of the Department of Agriculture information . Section 385C(b)(7) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 2009dd–2(b)(7)) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by adding and at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking subparagraph (D).
