Section 110(b) ( 15 U.S.C. 720h(b) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(1)and
(2)as subparagraphs
(A)and (B), respectively, and indenting appropriately; by striking Any Federal agency and inserting the following: Any Federal agency ; and by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this Act or the Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Act of 1976 ( 15 U.S.C. 719 et seq. ) shall preclude the construction of a gas liquefaction terminal or any other facilities determined necessary or required for the transportation and export of natural gas from the Alaska North Slope. .
