Section 422(f) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17082(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (3), by striking and after the semicolon at the end; and by striking paragraph
(4)and inserting the following: $200,000,000 for each of fiscal year 2013; $197,500,000 for each of fiscal year 2014; $147,500,000 for fiscal year 2015; and $97,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2018. .
