The following provisions are repealed: Chapter 4 of subtitle B of title I, and sections 123, 155, 166, 167, 168, 169, 171, 173, 173A, 174, 192, 194, 502, 503, and 506 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of the SKILLS Act. Title V of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3056 et seq. ). Sections 1 through 14 of the Wagner-Peyser Act (29 U.S.C. 49 et seq.). The Twenty-First Century Workforce Commission Act (29 U.S.C. 2701 note).
