Section 9504 of Public Law 111–11 ( 42 U.S.C. 10364 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(3)(E), by adding at the end the following: The Commissioner of Reclamation may, at the discretion of the Commissioner— waive any cost-share requirements to address emergency situations; and prioritize projects based on the ability of the projects to expeditiously yield water supply benefits during periods of drought. ; and in subsection (e), by striking $200,000,000 and inserting $250,000,000 .
