The heading for section 305 of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ( 50 U.S.C. App. 535 ) is amended by striking and inserting residential or motor vehicle leases . leases of premises occupied and motor vehicles used The table of contents in section 1(b) of such Act ( 50 U.S.C. App. 501(b) ) is amended by striking the item relating to section 305 and inserting the following new item: Sec. 305. Termination of leases of premises occupied and motor vehicles used. .
