Section 303(b) of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ( 50 U.S.C. App. 533(b) ) is amended by striking filed and inserting pending . Section 710(d) of the Honoring America's Veterans and Caring for Camp Lejeune Families Act of 2012 ( Public Law 112–154 ; 126 Stat. 1208) is amended— by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following new paragraph (1): Subsections
(b)and
(c)of section 303 of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ( 50 U.S.C. App. 533 ), as amended by subsections
(a)and
(b)of this section, are amended by striking within one year each place it appears and inserting within 90 days . The amendments made by subparagraph
(A)shall take effect on January 1, 2015. ; and by striking paragraph (3).
