Sec. 10. Pay It Forward Fund

There is established in the Treasury a fund, to be known as the Pay It Forward Fund (referred to in this section as the Fund ), to be administered by the Secretary of Education, in which all funds received in Pay It Forward contributions under this Act shall be deposited. The amounts in the Fund shall be made available to the Secretary of Education in order to carry out this Act.
