It is the sense of Congress that— when the President submits the President’s budget for fiscal year 2015 to Congress under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, the President should, in that budget, prioritize— resources for the Office of Foreign Assets Control for the Department of Treasury dedicated to the implementation and enforcement of sanctions with respect to Iran; and resources for the Department of State dedicated to the implementation and enforcement of sanctions with respect to Iran; and the appropriate committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives should prioritize the resources described in subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)of paragraph
(1)during consideration of authorization and appropriations legislation in future fiscal years.
