Section 501(c) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 701(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(A)— in clause (ii), by striking and after the semicolon; in clause (iii), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $6,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. ; and by striking paragraph (5). The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if enacted on October 1, 2013.
