Subsection (a)(1)(B)(iii) of section 119 of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008 ( 42 U.S.C. 1395b–3 note), as amended by section 3306 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( Public Law 111–148 ) and section 610 of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 ( Public Law 112–240 ), is amended by inserting and for each subsequent fiscal year after fiscal year 2013 . Subsection (b)(1)(B) of such section 119, as so amended, is amended by inserting and for each subsequent fiscal year after fiscal year 2013 .
Subsection (c)(1)(B) of such section 119, as so amended, is amended by inserting and for each subsequent fiscal year after fiscal year 2013 . Subsection (d)(2) of such section 119, as so amended, is amended by inserting and for each subsequent fiscal year after fiscal year 2013 .
