Section 2103 of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 ( 16 U.S.C. 431 note; Public Law 111–11 ; 123 Stat. 1097) is amended by striking subsection
(b)and inserting the following: The Monument shall consist of approximately 5,750 acres of public land in Doña Ana County, New Mexico, as generally depicted on the map entitled Desert Peaks Complex and dated December 10, 2013. .
