Section 1402 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 18071 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(2), by striking 400 and inserting 300 ; and in subsection (c)(1)— in subparagraph (A)— in clause (i), by adding and after the semicolon; in clause (ii), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking clause (iii); and in subparagraph (B)(i)(IV), by striking 400 and inserting 300 .
