Public Health Service Act and related provisions Titles XXII and XXVII of the Public Health Service Act are repealed. Section 1301(b) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300e(b) ) is amended by striking paragraph (6). Sections 104 and 191 of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 are repealed.
