Section 3698 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— redesignating subsection
(f)as subsection (g); and by inserting after subsection
(e)the following new subsection (f): If the Secretary determines that the Secretary requires information from an educational institution to provide information pursuant to subsection (b)(5), the Secretary may request such information from such educational institution. The Secretary may not approve a course offered by an educational institution under this chapter if such educational institution fails to comply with a request made by the Secretary under paragraph (1). .
