Section 101(a)(15)(F)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(F)(i)) is amended by striking which he has no intention of abandoning . Section 214 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1184 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking

(V)and inserting (F), (L), or

(V); and in subsection (h), by striking (H)(i)(b) or

(c)and inserting (F), (H)(i)(b), (H)(i)(c) .
