Funds appropriated for the construction of the High Performance Computing Center 2 (HPCC 2), as described in the table entitled Consolidated Cryptologic Program
(CCP)in the classified annex to accompany the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 ( Public Law 113–6 ; 127 Stat. 198), in excess of the amount specified for such activity in the tables in the classified annex prepared to accompany the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–277 ; 126 Stat. 2468) shall be specifically authorized by Congress for the purposes of section 504 of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3094 ).
